Graduated from Utrecht School of the Arts, NL. Editorial Design, MA
I enjoy taking walks, being in nature, talking to cats, and drawing. I also enjoy the little things in life and my own joys and sorrows. I hope that one day I can live and draw elegantly, but that hasn't happened yet.
I started designing my own products in 2013, finding it a fun and surprising experience. In 2015, I became a mother, and I often wanted to incorporate children and cats into my drawings. I was shortlisted for the Golden Butterfly Award in 2014, won the Bologna Children's Literature Award in Italy in 2015 and 2016, and was shortlisted for the Hsin-Yi Children's Literature Award (Picture Book category) in 2015.
