"Exploring Wonderful Architecture" is the debut collection of works by Japanese illustrator Nonohara, an illustration book that combines a fantasy world with diverse architectural settings! 🍄
The book includes the author's architectural designs and illustrations known as "# Moe Architecture," fully presenting the imaginative world he created.

Open the book and embark on a journey with the main character, "Buhezhu" 🎒⛺
The chapters are divided into four zones: "Plains," "Coastal and Island Zones," "Mountains and Forests," and "Canyon Kingdom," visiting a total of 26 wondrous buildings: exploring their exteriors and interiors, their unique geographical features, and the daily lives of the villagers.
However, some details are stuck between the pages, and the book is not easy to lay completely flat, which makes reading a little inconvenient and a bit of a pity!

The book, totaling 160 pages, is quite rich in content. Besides scenes and architecture, it includes settings for small objects, creatures, food, and furniture, supplemented by textual notes, making the overall world-building more narrative and relatable. 🚪
From macro-level urban landscapes to minute details of daily life, everything showcases the creativity of "imagination and reality coexisting."
It's a fun picture book that combines an art book and a setting guide!
This kind of worldview setting has also led to the crossover release of "A Tiny WanderThis is an adventure game; those who are interested can check it out!

◆It's not just architecture, it creates a completely new worldview◆
The term "mountain carrying" refers to the act of carrying luggage uphill, or to people who do it for a living. People who do this job are usually entrusted with carrying luggage to dangerous areas that are inaccessible by vehicles or airships.
Have you ever fantasized about visiting a building you've never been to before? Illustrator Nonohara uses her travels across the continent as a central theme, exploring different exotic cultures that have developed due to different geographical and natural environments within the same worldview. With her simple yet meticulous brushstrokes, she creates an exciting art book that feels like an exploration game of the continent.
Follow Buhe Pig on a journey across the mysterious continent, and admire the unique scenery you've never seen before. It's both close to your imagination and full of subtle and ingenious details that will amaze you.
Explore 4 major zones and 26 unique buildings, experiencing the distinctive geographical features and the cultural customs closely intertwined with nature.
◆Explore the mysterious architecture at your leisure◆
Contextual illustrations X architectural line drawings X interior floor plans X text descriptions X travelogue
With its distinctive coloring style and strong hand-drawn lines, the overall picture resembles a picture book, full of vitality.
In addition, the book details the exterior of the houses, the traces of life inside, and the props, and uses a handwritten style of text, written in the tone of the protagonist Bu Hezhu, to explain things in a humorous and witty way, leading readers to take an immersive town tour from his perspective.
★In the plains, there are cozy wooden buildings and bustling markets. In this seemingly ordinary area, there are also small islands that float in the sky like pancakes!
★Along the coast and on the islands, there are urban buildings that break away from fantasy and are closer to our daily lives! The Chinese-style staircase scenery like Jiufen, or the apartment buildings with iron bars on the windows, evoke our resonance.
★In the mountains and forests, there are food trucks with big wolves, or foghorn cabins in the sea of clouds to prevent travelers from getting lost. As you climb higher up the mountain, you will find more spectacular scenery created by the combination of the natural wonders of cliffs and the perseverance of the local people.
★Feel the howling winds in the canyon kingdom, experience the wooden houses floating on the lake or the penguin brothers' home built of rock, and finally see what souvenirs Buhe Pig received on his journey.
