──First of all, I would like to ask Mr. Matsuo to talk about the opportunity to start drawing pictures.

I have liked drawing since I was sensible, and I am a kid who can do graffiti on the back of the flyer. When I was in elementary school, I saw teacher Lin Jingyi's work for the first time at the end of the cartoon, and I was greatly impacted. I thought to myself, how charming these paintings are. Later, my encounter with Ms. Takehisa Yumeji's work set the direction for my hobbies and interests. On the one hand, because of these factors, I have always loved drawing girls in kimonos since I was in elementary school. I also like cartoons, and I am deeply influenced by Mr. Yamato Kazuki and Mr. Inogu Mutsumi.

──When did you start working in illustration?

Someone saw the illustrations that I uploaded to my website and mixi and came to inquire and asked me to draw advertising flyers. In this way, I started to receive commercial illustration cases. Since then, I have gradually grasped the feel of the work of an illustrator. I have both the motivation to draw pictures and the fun of people who see the work. I can't do both. Therefore, I gave up being a manga artist. Illustrating made me feel a little bit that I could do both. As I continued to receive painting jobs, I quit my job in the second-hand bookstore and planned to devote myself to the career of an illustrator.

──Ms. Matsuo's girl's slender expressions that seem to be meaningful are full of charm. Please talk about your particular attention to expressions.

Nowadays, I can draw all kinds of expressions to a certain extent, but before, I insisted on not drawing smiles or adding glamour to my eyes. Human beings have all kinds of emotions. I am interested in unpopular emotions other than simple and easy-to-understand emotions such as joy, anger, sorrow, and joy, and I always draw expressions that seem to be meaningful. I used to put my feelings in the paintings, but now I learn to look at my works without feelings, and how to think about what to do in order to win the hearts of the audience.

This collection of carefully selected works contains more complete works (the number is also relatively large). Because the department store Waltz is based on the story (the author's setting background), the color comics and The text will be larger (illustrations are smaller and scattered). If you like this type of painting style and subject matter, both books are highly recommended! ! 🙌

If you have a lot of personal works when you open the box, if the content is a bit repetitive, you can recommend fans with limited budgets and want to see more complete color pictures and less text (Japanese can't understand QQ). A picture book would be fine >< Sorry to bother you all the time, but of course I respect your opinion.         1. For Qiu Chiyin, I only have "RGB" and "Qiu Chiyin, a Collection of Works by Strictly Selected Popular Artists". The two are not very repetitive. Although I haven't collected "Aftermath" and "Dazzling Thousand Colors", I guess these two are more likely. There is overlap (the online bookstore preview page has seen duplicate images)!

          There is no repetition in the two books of the night bus. "Strict Selection of Popular Artists' Works Night Car" is relatively thick, and the CP value is relatively high for the complete picture (the specifications of different artists in this series are similar), but there are also some relatively early pictures. "Fairy Tale Ancient Bookstore" is an illustration of fairy tales. Although it is relatively thin, the appearance, arrangement and design of the whole book are very ingenious. There are many small objects and texts designed by the author, which I personally think are also very good><（真的很難選 XD） 之後開箱如果遇到會試著加入一些文字～～～感謝支持 😊
