I acquired this book by chance, along with "AladdinTwo old six-star carousel books (pop-up books)

As the name suggests, carousel books are read like a carousel; they unfold into a 360-degree pop-up book and are secured to the front and back covers with straps or similar fasteners. You'll find that this strapping action is similar to that of dollhouse books (like...).Maisy's House and GardenSimilar to the dollhouse book, it is also derived from the cross-shaped carousel book.

Each page of the book is an independent scene (and also features a 3D design with foreground and background depth), so you can flip through the pages one by one and then unfold it again!

This book, *The Lion King*, is a six-star carousel book; when unfolded, you can see it has six corners. However, since it only has six sides, it's a bit insufficient to tell the entire Lion King story; the main appeal is its 3D design XD
