I acquired this book by chance, along with "The Lion KingTwo old six-star carousel books (pop-up books)
As the name suggests, carousel books are read like a carousel; they unfold into a 360-degree pop-up book and are secured to the front and back covers with straps or similar fasteners. You'll find that this strapping action is similar to that of dollhouse books (like...).Maisy's House and GardenSimilar to the dollhouse book, it is also derived from the cross-shaped carousel book.
Each page of the book is an independent scene (and also features a 3D design with foreground and background depth), so you can flip through the pages one by one and then unfold it again!
這本《Aladdin》是六星形的旋轉木馬書，展開後可以看得出有 6 個角。不過因為只有 6 面，對於要述說整個完整的阿拉丁故事稍嫌不足，主要還是觀賞這樣的立體設計 XD
