With "Exploring the Unknown Art and Design" as its core theme, the "ILLUSTRATORS EXPO / ILLUST. POSTER EXPO" was held, bringing together top Japanese illustrators and designers active in various popular cultures, including animation, manga, games, Vtuber, music, and film, from cities such as Osaka Umeda, Tokyo, and Shanghai. The exhibition showcased the main components of Japanese culture. The "ILLUSTRATORS EXPO / ILLUST. POSTER EXPO Taipei Exhibition" will also be held at d/art Gallery in Ximending, Taipei, from September 13 (Sat) to October 12 (Sun), 2025.
The "ILLUSTRATORS EXPO / ILLUST. POSTER EXPO Taipei Exhibition" will showcase 20 poster art pieces created through a collaboration between a top Japanese illustrator, a leading designer, and cutting-edge printing technology. These 20 unique poster artworks are the result of the visual art created by the collaboration between the popular illustrator and the leading designer, combined with the most advanced printing technology.
During this exhibition, two special photosensitive poster art pieces, "Forward to Wonder." and "L'EXPO36 Eternal Core," will be open for limited-time photography by visitors. The two paintings utilize the reflective properties of special photosensitive paper, so as long as you turn on the flash to take photos of the paintings according to the exhibition instructions, you will capture completely different appearances hidden in the paintings. Apart from the photo-taking area, photography and videography are prohibited in the exhibition area, and your cooperation is appreciated.
The "ILLUSTRATORS EXPO / ILLUST. POSTER EXPO Taipei Exhibition" showcases 20 poster artworks. An exhibition catalogue and limited-edition poster artworks are available for purchase and collection. Visit d/art Gallery in Ximending, Taipei from September 13th (Sat) to October 12th (Sun), 2025 to explore uncharted territories of art and design!
