Commissioned by M+, this book was conceived and engineered by French pop-up book artist Marion Bataille to showcase the distinctive characteristics of the museum, located on Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong and designed by Swiss architectural studio Herzog & de Meuron. Just as M+ stands for Museum and More’, M+ Pops Up shows that architecture is more than a building.

M+博物館（Museum Plus）
位於西九文化區的 M+大樓，是全球數一數二的現代與當代視覺文化博物館。大樓屹立於九龍半島南端，俯瞰維港景色，加上其設計開揚的建築特色，於城市中更為罕見獨特，是香港的重要地標之一。
M+大樓由建築師事務所 Herzog & de Meuron，率領 TFP Farrells 和奧雅納工程顧問共同設計，其橫向的基座平台和外形修長的縱向大樓組成一個倒轉的「T」字。寬廣的基座平台懸伸在地面之上，內有 17,000 平方米的展覽空間，當中包括 33 個展廳、三個戲院、多媒體中心、學舍以及可以飽覽維多利亞港景色的天台花園。縱向大樓則設有博物館研究中心、辦公室、餐廳以及位於 11 樓的 M+會館。大樓面朝維港的幕牆更裝有 LED 屏幕，展出藝術家的流動影像作品，供公眾在西九海濱長廊和對岸的香港島觀賞。設計亦讓訪客可以從地面和地下的多個位置進入博物館，四通八達，緊密連繫館內外的空間。
