About the Author

Makoto Shinkai

Japanese animation director, born in Nagano Prefecture in 1973.

In 2002, "Voice of the Stars", which was almost independently produced by himself, gained attention, and then "Beyond the Clouds." "The Promised Place", "Five Centimeters Per Second", "Children Chasing the Stars", "The Garden of Words" and other animation works that have been well received at home and abroad.

I think there are very few character settings and large-scale illustrations 🥺 but for fans of "Your Name" Said it is quite worthy of collection (after watching the movie, I will be trapped in it and I want to have XD for everything). My thoughts on the movie "Your Name" are a bit old, and I especially went to Netflix to watch it again.
