I've recently started playing volleyball more seriously again (actual volleyball XD 🏐).

Although"Haikyuu!!The manga has ended, but I really hope that this work, with its solid plot, vividly portrayed characters, and serious yet unpretentious approach to sports, which has given me motivation for volleyball, will continue to be recognized by all sorts of people! Especially volleyball beginners—back in college, when I was the captain of my department team, I even recommended this work as homework for winter and summer breaks 🥺 (promotion ambassador)! I personally think that the various team styles, team spirit, and so on in the work are all worth learning from, and can help you get into the world of volleyball more quickly! (Playing volleyball is so much fun~ 💛)

I finally received the 10th anniversary special edition, which I pre-ordered in March, and I didn't hesitate to choose the bundled version! The generous bonuses include:

1️⃣ 30 mini acrylic standees, featuring new visuals of 30 characters (approximately 4.5 ~ 8.5 cm).
2️⃣ 120 photo cards featuring close-ups of characters or iconic scenes (5.9 x 8.6 cm)

Next up is a B5-sized commemorative edition, with gold foil lettering on the cover and spine, and a single-sided pull-out poster at the very front.

The collection begins with a dialogue between the author, Haruichi Furudate, and three editors throughout the series, discussing anecdotes about the creation of the work and details of the storyboard arrangement. Interspersed throughout are a timeline of major events each year (from 2011 to 2022), along with various promotional images from that time.

Next, there are special exhibition materials, the original script (similar to a screenplay), the author's favorite memorable scenes, and more. Although I couldn't understand the original script in Japanese, the match scenes included scoring information and slideshows, much like a text-based sports commentary! 🏐

Approximately 34 pages of new illustrations and small prints not included in other art books, including some black and white bonus illustrations and congratulatory illustrations.

Also included are some materials that I think the editors must have spent a lot of time compiling 🤣 Including all the visuals of the Shibuya large-scale advertising project (more than 200), all the original color pages containing text during the magazine serialization, a collection of phrases published by the author in every issue from 2011 to 2022 (how interesting!), and 10th anniversary congratulatory messages from related people and entertainers.

It truly includes all the major and minor events during the serialization!

This is a real boon for people with a compulsive need to keep records; they can finally take a good look back at the history of the past ten years!

Finally, it includes a 6-page full-color comic strip and 28 pages of content and comics related to the V.LEAGUE collaboration project. I think the LINE communication records between the characters are very creative!

The 10th Anniversary Special Edition also includes bundled merchandise featuring all the characters, which I personally think is definitely worth collecting! 🏐💎

However, the content is mostly text-based; I hope you can publish a Chinese version! (This was achieved in 2024!!)

Haikyuu!!, serialized since 2012, is Haruichi Furudate's second long-running volleyball manga, serialized for eight and a half years. The story begins with "an incredibly skilled setter perfectly complementing the main attacker." While the protagonists' quick attack combinations are somewhat exaggerated, the rest of the content is depicted in a realistic manner. Reading this work, one can appreciate Furudate's excellent plot construction, increasingly refined paneling and drawing skills, and distinctive character development—all of which are what attracted a wide range of readers and left a lasting impression even after its completion.

In late February 2022, Shueisha launched ten major projects to commemorate the 10th anniversary of *Haikyuu!!*, with eight of them revealed so far: 30 characters selected and drawn by artist Furudate as they would look in 2022 (to be revealed gradually; eight characters have been announced so far); a new *Haikyuu!!* short story, telling the story of Hinata and his friends in 2022, will be published in Weekly Shonen Jump; a *Haikyuu!!* x *V.LEAGUE* collaboration project starting in August 2022, with the main visual also created by Furudate; the production of newly drawn Line stickers by Furudate (two additional spin-off series will also be produced simultaneously); the well-received "Haikyuu!! Exhibition FINAL: Commemorating the End of the Series" exhibition is currently underway; the first episode of a newly conceived radio drama by Furudate will be released on February 28th; *Haikyuu!!* The release of a full-color digital version and a "re-edited version" (containing up to 3 episodes in one book out of all 19 episodes) has been announced; the production of the "Haikyuu!! 10th Anniversary Special" has also been announced.

In early March, the publisher also released more details about the "Haikyuu!! 10th Anniversary Special," which is scheduled to be released on September 2nd. It will be available in a regular edition and a bundled edition, with the book size being B5. This special project will cover the entire trajectory of "Haikyuu!!" from its serialization in 2012 to the present, and will also include the 10th anniversary key visual, illustrations and manga not included in previous publications.

In addition to the book, the bundled product includes three other items: acrylic standees featuring the new visuals of the 30 members from the 10 major projects in 2022, with standees varying in height from 4.5 to 8.5 cm; 120 photo cards (5.9 x 8.6 cm) capturing memorable moments; and official badges (3 x 3 cm) of the two professional volleyball teams: MSBY Black Wolves and Sweeden Adler.

The representative work is "Volleyball Boys! ! ", on July 20, 2020, welcomed the final serialization in the merged issue of "Weekly Shonen Jump" 33 and 34 issued in Japan, bringing an end to the eight-and-a-half-year serialization.
